The Logpush overview page is fairly redundant and has some formatting issues. I've took a first pass at simplifying it. There's probably a lot more content/guidance we could add here beyond just linking to other sections. We should delay merging this until the /splunk is up and running

This definitely helps simplify this page, great edits. One small comment, otherwise looks good!
